There IS an uncensor patch available for Fashioning Little Miss Lonesome!

It can be found as DLC for the game on the Steam Store: Fashioning Little Miss Lonesome - Adult Only Content

If the Steam Store page isn't working, you may be able to install it by either clicking the following command or running it directly on your PC: steam://run/945760
Note that this will immediately run the game and start downloading the DLC if possible - you may need to close the game and wait until the DLC finishes downloading for the patch to work.

Patch Information:

The patch is now available as a free DLC through Steam. The patch instructions are left here in case that is not an option for you.

Install Instructions:

1. Open the Steam game install folder (right click the game in Steam, Properties, Local Files, Browse Local Files...)
2. Download the patch from the link below
3. Move the downloaded 'enable.hcontent' patch file into the folder mentioned above
