The patch is available as a mod on the Steam Workshop.

Install Instructions:

  1. Go to the Steam Workshop mod page using the link below
  2. Subscribe to the "Hip to Be Squire Uncensored" mod
  3. The mod will automatically be downloaded and installed the next time you start the game
