The patch HAS been verified - good to go!

Install Instructions:

  1. Open the Steam game install folder (right click the game in Steam, Properties, Local Files, Browse Local Files...)
  2. Create an empty text file named xxx.txt (or download the file from the link below)

It's Working If:

The image unlocked from beating the first stage will only have the finger covering the chest.
